It encompasses several communities centered around Lakemont Park and Lewis Creek Park, and most of it falls within Bellevue’s city limits (ZIP 98006), with a small portion falling within Issaquah (ZIP 98027). The neighborhood is entirely within the Issaquah School District. Lakemont is widely regarded as one of the best neighborhoods in Bellevue.
Lakemont Community Association comprises several sections, including Branderwood, Brighton, Creekside Circle, Longshadow Ridge, Wyngate, Woodcroft, Greystone, Findley Court, Silverleaf, Vuemont Meadows, Collingwood, Sky Mountain, Stratford, Chandler Park, Lakemont Woods, Forest Ridge, the Summit, Belvedere, and Lakemont Highlands (Divisions I and II).
